Purchase process:

  1. How many days does delivery take?
    Depend on the means of transport and destination:
    • For Spanish market
      By regular mail:

      Peninsula: 3 to 5 working days
      Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 to 7 working days
    • For Spanish market
      By courier service

      Peninsula: 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
      Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 72 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
    • For European markets
      7 to 10 working days
  2. My card was charged with the total amount and the status says payment error, what does this mean?

    The order has been recorded but for any reason the amount paid does not correspond to the real one. Contact us:

  3. In the case of purchase by reimbursement, Does the payment is made in the delivery address?

    Indeed, the amount must be paid to the carrier.

  4. I would like to know if there are any shop to buy and test the products in my city.

    On the home page of our website under "About Us", are all selling points of our products by cities, in "Points of sale" section. 

  5. I can do the payment order by bank transfer?

    Yes. In this case you must write us to info@charcolive.es, indicating the product you want. We will respond by providing a bank account so you can make the income. Upon receipt of proof of payment, shipment of the order is made.

  6. The loyalty points just to get when I  place my order, do I can apply to this order?

    The loyalty points gained from the current order shall apply to next order you make.

  7. How do I apply my discount voucher?

    In MY CART menu, you can pay or modify the basket. And within the "Modify cart", the order summary will appear, and below there is a box where you enter the codes of voucher. You can find your discounted tickets available on the MY ACCOUNT section.

  8. I do not like the pillow ¿I can return it?

    Yes, it is a trial period of fifteen days from receipt of product to return. In that case, the cost of return carriage is charged to the buyer. Once received at our factory, and having found that the product is in good conditions, we proceed to refund the payment.

  9. What is the difference between the formats “boxed”, “in bag” or “with cover”when buying pillows?
    • Boxed: is the more complete format is composed of the pillow with the outer cover, the carrying bag and an original box, ideal for gifts.
    • En bolsa: ", a format convenient for those who want to take the pillow on any trip. It contains the the pillow with the outer cover and the carrying bag.
    • With cover: is the basic format in which the pillow goes with the corresponding outer cover.

    In all cases the order is protected in a transport box.

Over the Product

  1. Why do charcolive pillows reduce sweating?

    For its filling, carbonized olive pits, which are all the same size, and allow air to pass more easily and thus the human body perspires less, and the skin breathes better.

  2. How do I keep my pillow?

    Very simple. The pillow should be aired in the sun for a couple of hours, at least once every two months. However, the climate of the area influences maintenance, the more is the moisture more ventilation is needed and, if the weather is dry, it will have to once every three months. IMPORTANT: You can only wash the outer cover of the pillow, not the pillow core.

  3. I can make my own pillow with charcolive bones?

    Not recommended. The charring of the bones is a complex process, and the result is a dusty charcoal, it must be properly treated to prevent dust staining the rest of the pillow.
    The charcolive pillow has 5 layers of fabric to make it more comfortable, and to prevent the escape of dust, all without diminishing its perfect aeration.

  4. How long does a pillow last?

    The carbonized olive pit degrades by 0.5% per year. For this reason, all our pillows can last many years. Following our recommendations for aerating from time to time, its duration is guaranteed.

  5. I have doubts about the difference between the pillows.

    The choice of pillow is closely related to the common form of sleep as the pillow NATURA is recommended for people who sleep on their backs, while the SUPREME pillow, having a greater thickness (12 cm), is particularly suitable for people who sleep on their sides

  6. Do you make pillows of different sizes?

    There are currently two sizes. The standard size (55x33 cm) and the new MINI pillow (32 x 18 cm), specially designed for travel and leisure time. No other sizes are performed because that a larger pillow also means more weight, reducing the comfort of it.

  7. Which is the most suitable product to put in the fridge and keep food longer?

    Our recommendation is to use AIREFRESO 6 units pack (containing approximately 100g of product per unit) to put in the fridge as well as eliminating odors, help to preserve fruits and vegetables fresh for longer and have a high resistance to moisture.
    In terms of duration, a unit of AIREFRESO can eliminate odors for 8 weeks, and keep food from 4 to 6 weeks.

  8. Are your products serve only to prolong the life of fruit and vegetables or also for other foods?

    Only prolongs the life of climacteric fruits and vegetables. In all cases it will absorb food odors, preventing them from mixing in the refrigerator.

  9. I can use charcolive to filter drinking water?

    The olive pit comes from olives in brine and contains salt. That's why you can use in the shower or bath, to remove chlorine from water, even small amounts of salt are disolved in the water it is beneficial for the skin.
    In case you want to purify water for drinking, washing of the carbonized olive pit is necessary prior to use.The cleaning process is simple, place charcolive in a container of water and stirred gently for a few minutes, let stand in water for an hour and then change the water and repeat the process three more times. Once washed, placed 5 bones per liter of water and let stand one hour. Then when the water is drinkable and chlorine has been removed.
